The Great Room workspaces to be rebranded as Industrious

Productive strategies to expand its Apac portfolio by greater than 50% over the next 12 months, involving the starting of three brand-new places in Singapore this year. The pipeline belongs to a broader worldwide expansion, with the company aiming to open up over 60 brand-new locations worldwide in 2026.

The Great Room currently runs seven locations in Singapore, including offices at One George Road in the CBD, Ngee Ann City on Orchard Road, and Raffles Arcade on North Bridge Roadway.

Real estate within hospitality-led business dealer The Great Room– spanning Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Sydney– are going to use under the Industrious brand, starting July 1.

The Great Room also presently operates 2 places in Sydney, Australia; 2 in Bangkok, Thailand; and one in Hong Kong.

The 3 new places schedule to open in the city-state this year are at Keppel South Central on Hoe Chiang Roadway, Shaw Tower on Beach Road, and Stamford Place and Stamford Road.

” Creating an one global brand unifies our group and members around the primary values that have always specified us: costs hospitality, attractive style, and a real feeling of belonging,” adds Gentry Long, president of Industrious.

The action will unify Industrious’ Asia Pacific (Apac) locations, previously operating under The Great Room, into its international network, the firm said in a June 17 release.

” At the core, The Great Room and Industrious share the same belief that work should really feel human,” claims Su Anne Mi, handling director for Industrious Apac and co-founder of The Great Room. “That approach is what specified The Great Room across Apac, and it continues under the Industrious brand name.”

The rebrand comes four years after US-headquartered Industrious– now a unit of CBRE– gotten homegrown The Great Room in May 2022. CBRE obtained full control of Industrious in January 2025.
