Hilton Garden Inn expands in Apac with two new signings in Busan and Hyderabad

International reception giant Hilton has already announced the signings of two new Hilton Garden Inn real estates across Asia Pacific (Apac)– in Busan, South Korea, and Hyderabad, India– that are going to both open in 2028.

Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad Kompally is the city’s 3rd Hilton hotel, after the currently launched 115-key Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa, and the upcoming Hilton Hyderabad Gachibowli. The latter will most likely feature 304 guestrooms and suites.

Noh Dae Hyun, chairman of MS&C Co, mentions, “By leveraging Gijang’s natural surroundings and regional facilities, we aim to create a differentiated destination that incorporates hospitality, wellness and housing experiences.”

Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang are going to feature a all-day dining eating establishment, coffee shop and lobby, health and fitness centre, swimming pool, spa and sauna facilities. It is near local attractions such as Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, Lotte World Adventure Busan and Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets.

The resort is South Korea’s subsequent Hilton Garden Inn, with the first being a 208-key estate in Gangnam, Seoul, that started in 2021. Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang will contribute to the firm’s 11 trading and pipeline hotels in South Korea.

Positioned throughout a mixed-use development, the 96-room lodging consists of an all-day dining place with a bar, and around 10,000 sq ft of gathering and function room. The real property is adjacent to Grade An office and retail shops, with accessibility to major downtown through the Outer Ring Road, a 158km-long freeway circling Hyderabad.
