Hilton to debut eight luxury and lifestyle hotel brands across Asia Pacific

The new lodgings will include in Hilton’s continuing profile of over 170 luxury and lifestyle hotels that are currently operational in Apac, bringing it nearer to its aim of surpassing 250 accommodations in the coming years.

International hospitality team Hilton is readied to debut eight labels under its luxury and lifestyle section all around different Asia Pacific (Apac) markets this year. In an April 27 press release, the group stated over 15 openings are planned for the region under this segment in 2026.

2 of the brands making their debut are entirely brand-new to the Apac region: NoMad and Signia by Hilton. In May 2025, Hilton was appointed by UOL Group to take care of NoMad Hilton Singapore, a 173-key hotel at the previous Faber House site along Orchard Road. According to UOL Group’s annual report released in very early April, the hotel is arranged to start in the 2nd half of 2026.

In Malaysia, Hilton will certainly launch the Waldorf Astoria and Conrad brands with 2 new real estates in Kuala Lumpur that are both set up to open by the end of 2026. Meanwhile, Vietnam will observe its initial Tapestry Collection by Hilton with NHAAN Resort & Spa Hoi An, expected to open in August this year.

On the other hand, Signia by Hilton Tainan, placed in Taiwan, is a 344-key property readied to launch in July this year. The introduction of NoMad Singapore and Signia by Hilton Tainan will bring Hilton’s total presence in Apac to 16 brands– over half of its 27-brand portfolio.

Beyond the label debuts, Hilton has also signed numerous other new properties across its deluxe and lifestyle labels this year. These consist of 2 new LXR Hotels & Resorts properties in Japan’s Tokyo and Hakone Gora, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotel in Chiang Mai, and a Waldorf Astoria resort in Goa, India.

Some other brand name launch include Canopy, that will launch its first Southeast Asia property with the 174-room Canopy by Hilton Bangkok Sukhumvit. Somewhere Else, Curio Collection by Hilton and LXR Hotels & Resorts are both schedule to make their South Asian debuts with real properties in Bengaluru.
