Under the agreement announced on Oct 28, HKMD is going to hold operational legal rights over ERA member broker offices in Hong Kong for a three-year term starting Jan 1, 2026. APAC Realty maintains the option to renew the arrangement for one more 3 years, based on certain contractual situations.
Singapore-based realty providers APAC Real estate, with its subsidiary brand name ERA, has signed a franchise business contract with Hong Kong– owned real estate and financial solutions firm Hong Kong Morning Dragon Company (HKMD).
