SLA awards tenders for Dempsey Road properties to Power Moves and Florte Design
The units at 13 Dempsey Roadway utilize an estimated land area of 5,423 sq ft and have a GFA of about 4,905 sq ft.

Power Moves gained the tender for 13 Dempsey Roadway (# 01-05 and # 01-07) and 13A Dempsey Road. The real estates, which are authorized for health and training utilization, occupy an acreage of 9,657 sq ft and have a combined estimated gross floor area (GFA) of 8,783 sq ft.
