PropNex to provide free health screening to its 12,318 property agents
PropNex Real estate are going to be the first neighborhood property firm to offer free complete health and wellness testing for five years to its staff of 12,318 real property agents and nearly 200 full time staff.
” Our collaboration with Let’s Get Healthy and Mirxes reflects our combined commitment to proactive health and wellness. This is particularly important to self-employed people such as real estate brokers,” claims PropNex chief executive officer Ismail Gafoor.
Low says it was “heartwarming” to see PropNex commit in its staff, including, “This commitment shows the high corporate requirements that the Singapore government seeks to foster among our community business.”
At the occasion, PropNex also revealed its growth within Thailand. This will be its 6th development beyond Singapore after Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Australia. Lynette Ping, Chief Executive Officer of PropNex Thailand, will head the office in Thailand. The new Thai business office presently has 500 sales representatives and will mainly focus on new and resale non commercial properties.
This was revealed at the PropNex Yearly Convention on March 13. Low Yen Ling, Minister of State, Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth and the Ministry of Trade and Industry, was the guest of honour.
PropNex brokers will get wellness testings including very early detection for Singapore’s top 3 severe conditions: diabetic issues, high cholesterol, and blood pressure, together with testings for five cancer cells types, including colon, stomach, failing liver, ovarian, and prostate-related.
This massive all-inclusive health and wellness screening is part of an effort called the Precision Community Screening (PCS) course by Let’s Get Healthy, a community venture concentrated on strengthening community healthcare. The testing examinations will be partly sponsored by Mirxes, a homegrown RNA technology and early cancer detection firm.
