GuocoLand’s Martin Modern cliches Silver at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award
The International Real Property Federation, identifying the importance of architectural brilliance, sustainability, neighborhood activity, and honest business process, has granted GuocoLand for its commitment to these values in the development of Martin Modern.
The venture has currently claimed many other leading real estate and style awards.
Martin Modern, a luxury condo by mainboard-listed real property developer GuocoLand, was named World Silver Winner in the Residential (Tower) Classification at this year’s FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award.
The project also won four significant honors at the Second EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Award in 2018 in the unfinished projects category, including Top Development Excellence, Design Excellence, Landscape Excellence and Innovation Excellence.
It was awarded Top Development, Residential (Completed) at the 6th EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Honors 2022; Luxury Residential Property Development of the Year, Singapore, at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2021; and Finest Residential Property Development Singapore at the International Property Awards 2020.
Martin Modern was created by ipli Architects and ADDP Architects. The project’s style was recognized for its abundant botanic garden setup, complemented by a tough aesthetic motivated at the neighbouring riverside oasis. At Martin Modern, 80% of the area is devoted to landscape design and facilities, and GuocoLand’s other signature layout qualities, such as a grand yard and abundant rooms for leisure and entertainment, are highlight.
It is GuocoLand’s 5th accolade at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award. It in the past gained honors for Guoco Tower in 2022, 2021, and 2020 and Leedon Property in 2018.
